Radish paratta



Ingredients:

Radish grated - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam masala  - 1/4 tsp
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 hr
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves


Method:

Mix grated radish and salt.  Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Squeeze and take out the water from the grated radish. In this add all the powders and coriander leaves
except wheat flour. Mix it nicely and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.

Add this mixture to the wheat flour. Sprinkle water and make dough. Make small balls and flatten the balls. Heat tawa and spread some oil over the tawa.  Put the flattened dough on the tawa  and cook on one side.  Flip it over and cook on other side.  Now the Mooli /Radish paratta is ready.  Serve it with curd and pickle.
