Beetroot salad

Ingredients:
Grated Beetroot - 1
Chopped capsicum - 1
Sprouted green grams - 1/2 cup
Grated coconut - 2tbsp
Lime juice - 1tsp
Salt, coriander leaves
oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves

Method:
Cook the grated beetroot and keep it aside. Allow it to cool. Mix all the ingredients to the cooked beetroot and season it.
