Potato Curry

Ingredients:

Potato - 5nos (medium size cubed)
Onion - 2nos (cubed)
Ginger & Garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
Green chillies - 3 nos
Chilly Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves and 2 Red chilly

Method:

Heat the pan and fry chill powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder until an aroma smell comes. Then keep it aside and let it cool and grind it.

Pour oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, Red chilles, once it starts to splutter add onion, green chilles and ginger garlic paste. Fry it until the raw smell goes. Add cooked potatoes and fry for a minute and add grinded masala, garam masala. Add some water and salt to taste. Allow to boil and garnish it with corainder leaves.

This curry will go with Chappathi, Parotta, Fried Rice.

Tips: Instead of water u can add Coconut milk.
