Simple Okra Fry





Ingredients:
Okra- 1/4kg
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Dry Chillies-5nos
Salt as per taste
Oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves for seasoning

Method:
Cut Okra into small circular pieces. Pour oil in a heated pan, put mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves. 
Once the seeds splutters now add the fresh okra and stir nicely until mushy of okra goes.
After it fried nicely now add salt according to your taste.
Can be served with rice or roti.
