Ingredients:
Prawns - 250gms
Small onion - 4-5 nos
Pepper Corns - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly Powder - 1tsp
Curry leaves, Coriander Leaves, mint leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow fry
Method:
Wash Prawns and keep it aside.
Grind the other ingredients except oil coarsely.
Marinate the prawns in the grounded masala for 30 min.
In a pan pour some oil and put some curryleaves and put the marinated prawns and fry nicely.
