Truffle Brownie



Ingredients:

Dark chocolate - 170 gms
Butter- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 1/4 cups
Eggs- 4 nos
Vanilla essence- 1tsp
Maida - 1 cup
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts chopped - 1/2 cup
Microwave and Traditional Oven for cooking
Muffin moulds


Method:

Preheat the traditional oven to 180 degree Celsius.

Beat butter and sugar till sugar dissolves.  Melt dark chocolate in microwave oven and blend it with a spoon till nice and smooth.  Add melted chocolate to the butter mixture. Mix it nicely and keep it aside.

Beat the eggs and vanilla essence using egg beater till fluffy.  Sift flour and baking powder. Add this to the beaten egg and blend it nicely.  Now add flour mixture to the butter chocolate mixture.  Add chopped cashews and combine everything nicely.

Pour the batter to the muffin moulds. I usually keep butter paper in the moulds, so that brownie wont stick on the mould and it will be easy to take the brownie out from the mould.

Bake in traditional oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Once it is done, cool it and serve it.
