Mushroom Thuvaran

Ingredients:
1. Mushroom - 50 gm (cut into small pieces)

2. Onion - 2 (cut into length wise)
3. Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
4. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Fennel seeds (Sombu) - 1/2 tsp
7. Jeera - 1/4 tsp
8. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
9. Oil - 1 tbsp
10. Skinned urad dhal - 1 tsp
11. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
12. Curry leaves, Salt to taste

Method:
Soak the mushroom in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Keep it covered. Pour oil in a pan . Put mustard seeds and urad dhal.. allow it to splutter and add curry leaves. Then add the sliced onion. In the meanwhile take the mushroom and squeeze the water out and keep it aside. Fry for sometime and add the mushroom and add some salt and keep the lid. Let it cook.
Grind ingredients 3 to 7 coarsly. Check whether the mushroom is cooked. If so, add the grinded masala and garam masala. Fry for some time. Add salt accordingly.


Now the yummy yummmmmy Mushroom thuvaran is ready!!!!!!!
